Mold dimensions:

Warning! The dimensions above refer to the mold and not to the speaker that is going to be build on it. Obviously the speaker’s dimensions will be a little bigger than the mold’s depending on the wood slices that you use for the speaker.
The sections of the staves positioning are marked in this mold. It is a 19 staves division. However this is only a suggestion and the final speaker building has to be designed by the final maker. We do not take any responsibility if you are unable to build the current speaker.
The mold is not assembled! To assemble the mold you will need titebond glue and a few pieces of wood to reinforce some areas.
The construction material is 4mm or 6mm plywood. The 6mm plywood version is more durable, has a lot more resistance to forces and it is more long lasting.
We do not provide any information about the stave construction proccess. Making the right staves is a difficult procedure and need a lot of time especially for amateurs.
