This pre‑war three‑string bouzouki has a very balanced mid‑to‑treble sound with an antique timbre. The string length of 65 cm brings the instrument closer to those heard on the original recordings of Markos Vamvakaris, I. Chalkias, and many other well‑known artists of the rebetiko era.
The use of carbon fiber in the neck provides greater long‑term durability and improved stability against changes in relative humidity. This way the bouzouki will remain easy to play despite abrupt weather variations throughout the year.
The aged spruce soundboard delivers an excellent tonal result from the instrument’s very first tuning! The wood was seasoned long before being used in the instrument’s construction.
