Trixordo – Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. At Trixordo, every instrument is unique and crafted with passion, which is why we strive to be by your side every step of the way. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange the product.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return any product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive it, without needing to provide any reason.
- To exercise your right, you must inform us in writing (via email) within the aforementioned period.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, as you received it, along with the proof of purchase.
- The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the excellent condition in which it was delivered and must not have suffered any damage or alteration.
- It must not have been used, beyond a brief test.
- It must be in its original packaging, which must be complete and undamaged (e.g., case, box).
- It must be accompanied by all accessories (e.g., strings, key) and documents that came with it (e.g., receipt, certificate).
Return Procedure
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [[email protected]] or call us at [+302310695980] within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Product Packaging: Pack the instrument with the same care with which you received it to ensure its safe transport.
- Shipping: Send the product to our headquarters: [Kleanthous, 57010 Filyro, Pylaia Hortiatis Greece].
Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets all return conditions, we will proceed with your refund within five (5) business days. The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment (e.g., bank transfer, credit card refund).
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. We will contact the responsible courier in order to initiate insurance case.
